Seven modules. Self-paced. Each one designed to change how you practice.

1

The Broken System: Why We Are Here

Understanding what COMPASS is built against — and why it matters.

2

The COMPASS Framework: Seven Dimensions of Human Flourishing

A deep understanding of each dimension — the research, the human truth, and the practice.

3

The Baseline Assessment: The Art of the First Conversation

How to facilitate the Baseline as a conversation, not a form.

4

The COMPASS Check-In: Facilitation as a Practice

What it means to witness rather than administer.

5

The Growth Map: Seeing Someone Fully

How to review the Growth Map with participants in a way that feels like discovery.

6

Anti-CCI in Daily Practice: The Hardest Module

Examining your own conditioning — and what it takes to change.

7

Ethics, Safety, and the Limits of Our Role

Mandatory reporting, crisis response, boundaries, and what sustains a practitioner over a career.

The Anti-CCI Commitment

A certification worth holding means a commitment worth making.

Every CCP candidate signs the Code of Professional Practice before earning their credential — a formal commitment to Anti-CCI values, participant self-determination, and the ethics of this work.

Anti-CCI means Anti-Corporate, Anti-Clinical, Anti-Institutional. The participant is the author of their own life — not a case to be managed.
