The Path to CCS

Hold an Active CCP

The CCS builds directly on CCP practice. You must hold an active CCP certification and complete a minimum of one year of post-CCP practice with at least ten participants.

Complete Ten Modules

Ten advanced modules covering systems fluency, organizational application, advanced facilitation, trainer foundations, and specialty tracks.

Submit Your Portfolio

A Language Audit, Org Fidelity Assessment, Case Study, Supervision Philosophy (300+ words), Advanced Anti-CCI Commitment (200+ words), and optional Practitioner's Story.

Earn Your CCS

Your CCS certificate is issued. You join the Advanced Practitioner Registry and become eligible to mentor CCP candidates.
