Common Questions
What is included in the enrollment fee?
The enrollment fee covers the full curriculum, all assessments, the final exam, the practicum workflow, and the practical assessment session. There are no additional fees to earn the credential.
Is there a refund policy?
We offer a full refund within 7 days of enrollment if you have not yet begun the curriculum. After 7 days or after beginning the curriculum, enrollments are non-refundable. Contact academy@goliathadvocacy.com with any questions.
Can I enroll in CCS without completing CCP first?
CCS requires an active CCP certification as a prerequisite. If you enroll in the bundle or full pathway, CCP curriculum unlocks immediately and CCS unlocks upon CCP certification.
What if I need more time to complete the curriculum?
There is no time limit on curriculum access. Take as long as you need. The 90-day practicum clock begins when you formally initiate your practicum — not when you enroll.
